From first call to first visit, usually within days.

    Call or book online

    Tell us what’s happening at home, 20 minutes, no obligation, no pressure. We answer 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and call back within the hour.

  2. 2

    Free in-home assessment

    A coordinator visits (or meets you by phone), listens, and helps you understand the options, including whether AHS funding through CDHCI applies to you.

  3. 3

    A care plan you approve

    We write a plan together: which days, which hours, which caregiver skills. Nothing starts until you say so, and nothing is locked into long contracts.

  4. 4

    Meet your caregiver first

    You meet your matched caregiver before the first visit. If the fit isn’t right, we rematch, chemistry matters as much as skill.

  5. 5

    Care starts, and we stay close

    Notes after every visit, easy schedule changes, and a real coordinator on the phone. As needs change, the plan changes with them.
