When you contact us through this website, we collect only what you give us: your name, how to reach you, and what kind of help you’re looking for. That information goes directly to our secure care-management system, hosted in Canada, and is used for one purpose, to contact you about care.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. We follow the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for health information collected during care, Alberta’s Health Information Act (HIA).

Please don’t include medical details in website forms, we gather health information privately, with your consent, during your assessment.
